The package came very well packaged. The mounting of a smartphone is a bit of a pain. The mounting bracket supplied does not allow for easy centering of the picture frame accurately. This is due to no horizontal correction possibility. The pictures that I take (in portrait mode) when I do not use camera zoom results in a picture with about 2/3 of screen in a circular area with left and right side chopped off (the rest of the area is black). TIP: 1.) First align the aperture of the bracket with the line of sight of the smartphone camera. 2.) Fixate that position. 3) Then place bracket with smartphone on the monocular. 4.) Use some camera zoom to get full screen coverage. I suggest using another tripod instead of the one supplied. All in all a good deal. If you can live with the centering issue I would recommend, due to value for money.
